We know, that you — as a well-informed consumer – are reviewing the following information before booking. Additionally, we are aware that this information may differ from other travel companies; this is because the experience that is being curated for you is one of a kind and therefore requires a different level of responsibility from the consumer.

 

APPLICATION FEE

Our application fee is non-refundable. We receive a significant number of applications for this retreat. While others may take advantage of electronic verification systems to review the information provided, our process requires multiple human specialists to take part in the selection process. The fees are used to cover the cost of selection and various admission processes.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

You may cancel your participation in TheRetreat presented by Myleik at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy:

It is an extraordinary commitment to bringing this one of a kind immersive experience to our guests and, therefore ALL payments are non-refundable, including registration fees, late fees, full payments, and installment payments. The ONLY exception to this policy is if TheRetreat must be canceled in its entirety for any reason in which case MTY Retreat, LLC will notify all parties via email and provide refund instructions.

Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances, situations and occasions we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to cover your assets.

 

WHY IS MY PAYMENT NONREFUNDABLE?

Our vendor(s) — hotels, guest speakers, excursion companies, etc. — require upfront commitments that we must adhere to. When we offer a package to you we have to ensure, through good-faith payments, that you will attend the events. This is the only way our vendors will take us seriously, and will want to help us provide the best experiences possible to our TheRetreat guests.

CHARGEBACKS (REFUND REQUEST(S) DIRECTED FROM YOUR BANKING INSTITUTION)

All chargeback notifications received via your bank will be considered cancellation of your TheRetreat reservation made with MTY Retreat, LLC. All documentation, including confirmation of receipt all of travel policies & agreement signatures will be provided to the banking institution as confirmation of payment application according to all agreed upon terms.

We strive to ensure that the services user avail through our website to user full satisfaction, and are the best in the Industry at extremely reasonable and affordable rates.

However, there may arise situations when user desires a refund. Firstly, when user pay for the services but later on decides that user do not wish to avail them. Secondly, when there is a delay in the services offered from our side, beyond the time frame we have intimated to user, due to human error i.e., factors for which we are solely responsible.

Thirdly, although we highly doubt it, user might find our services unsatisfactory. In all three situations, kindly send in an e-mail to on the Ticket that has been created in user name, marking a copy to Key2practice@gmail.com.

Upon receiving user mail, the Senior Management at Trishala Learning Systems Private Limited shall decide on whether user request for a refund should be processed, contingent on the reasons for such a request. Please note that we reserve the right to take the final and binding decision with regard to request for refund.

Most importantly, we wish to clarify that in cases outside our control, including but not limited to national holidays, department holidays, delays on the part of the Government of India, the respective State Governments, Our affiliates or elsewhere, acts of war, acts of God, earthquake, riot, sabotage, labour shortage or dispute, internet interruption, power disruption, lack of phone network connectivity, technical failures, breakage of sea cable, hacking, piracy, we shall not be liable for any delays.
If we confirm user request for refund, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein or elsewhere, we will send user an e-mail seeking the details required to refund the amount which may include user Bank Account details such as the account number and the IFS code of the branch in question.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time.

Returns of physical goods and merchandise purchased through The Reconnection’s online store require prior authorization from The Reconnection. Returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of the date of sale. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, only The Reconnection product(s) deemed defective in our discretion. Software or downloadable product is always non-refundable.

All purchases, whether of a physical good, service, software or downloadable product made at a The Reconnection on-site store are non-refundable. No exchanges; all sales on-site are final.

Products provided and/or sold by The Reconnection’s partners, event organizers, promoters or otherwise affiliated parties are subject to the return policy of the respective other party.

 

Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, Key2practice may suspend or terminate user account if we suspect that user (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.

Note: No refunds are offered for the above said point.

 

Kindly note that it will take us a minimum of about 48-72 working hours from the receipt of all such information to process the refund and initiate the transfer.
